Kris Lorensen started Cryin’ Creek Candles in 2000 and added to it with The Farmhouse Lounge in 2008. “The candle shop” carries a wide variety of Nebraska products for sale, including food, jewelry, wine and home décor. The Farmhouse Lounge offers a large selection of domestic and import beers, as well as liquor and wine. It’s a great place to do some while enjoying a country atmosphere (complete with chickens, cattle, horses, dogs and cats). Oh . . . did we mention that Cryin’ Creek Candles are the best-smelling candles on the planet?!
In addition to making the best smelling candles on the planet, we are also a full-service lounge! We carry a large selection of domestic and import beers, liquors and wines. Hang out at the bar, or kick back and enjoy the farmhouse atmosphere in one our cozy rooms or out in the beer garden.
Groups & Meetings
Have a meeting or group event and need a place to go? We can accommodate private get-togethers. Special arrangements can be made for groups when we’re normally closed, etc. Minimal fees are required for closing down the shop during regular business hours for private groups.
