Thank you for your interest in the Cass County Tourism Capital Improvement Grant Program. By submitting this Intent to Apply form, you are taking the first step toward accessing funding that supports projects enhancing tourism and visitor experiences in Cass County.

Please complete the form below with information about your proposed project. The Tourism Advisory Committee will review all submissions to determine whether the project meets the initial qualifications for the program.

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a site visit with a committee member. This visit is an opportunity to share your vision, walk through your project plans, and receive helpful feedback as you prepare for the next stage of the grant process.

Projects that successfully complete the site visit will be invited to submit a full grant application. At that stage, applicants will be asked to provide additional details such as:

  • Project scope and timeline

  • Budget and funding sources

  • Expected tourism impact

  • Marketing or promotional plans

  • Community Support Letters
